How long until I receive my digital file?
We have a strict 48hour turnover window which mean you will receive your file wither before the 48hour window or the end.
This depends on the size of the file.

I want to pick the time stamp for my reels and TikTok before HTS edits. How do I do that?
If you would you to choose the specific time stamp for your reels or Tik Tok. After recieiving
your digital file let us know the time stamps and you reels will be sent within 24hours
